Indiana Medical Error Reporting System final report for 2011 summarizes 100 reportable events in hospitals and outpatient surgery centers in 2011. Press Ganey's Medical Practice Pulse Report 2010 shows patient satisfaction with physicians and other providers. Satisfaction improved nationwide, then held constant in 2009.
